As a website builder who has worked with quite a few hosting companies, I have never encountered such a good hosting company. First of all, on a professional level, the hosting is at a very high level. It runs fast, is stable, and has no problems. I really haven't encountered any problems since I switched to them. But I have to talk about the service - I don't know if I've ever encountered such a service in Israel. Every time I needed help, for anything small, I received a response within a few minutes. I don't remember waiting more than 10 minutes without someone answering me and giving me a solution, and the response was always above and beyond. Every time they helped me, I was simply shocked by the level of service. They would talk to me, connect me to their computer, teach me along the way, provide real knowledge and value, and not just solve specific problems. Beyond that, I don't just get hosting here, but a team of website professionals. I had development problems that were not related to hosting at all, and yet they were there with a huge heart, helping me solve things that no one else knew how to approach. I truly feel like I have professional support beyond storage, and it's one of the best steps I've taken this year. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a storage company that gives them peace of mind.

After being burned by a storage service company I was with, I can say that the service I have received so far is beyond expectations, and I understand how wrong I was before this. They help me with every request and every response, whether it's transferring storage from other companies to my account quickly, they always answer me on WhatsApp within a few minutes and without the need for an exhausting wait like I was "usual", especially since I am most satisfied with everything being under one roof. Something you can't find in other storage companies, with an attractive price! Highly recommend.

Excellent service, people respond quickly and know how to deal with any situation, even with complex requests.. The prices are also really excellent and low compared to others I easily transferred my clients' and my own websites there from cloudways storage and I am really satisfied. Highly recommend
