Munchi Pancakes @ Causeway Point

Pancakes are consistently nice at all locations and this one too. Munchi pancakes take around 15 mins but they have the other pancakes (min jang kueh) there as well. These are also very nice and always warm. I loved the hazelnut one. So creamy and crunchy, not too sweet at all. Just tried the munchi, its cold and chewy . Its like a soft dessert cake. So refreshing an not too sweet.

I been buying the pancakes from the first day its opening.I met two staff name Asyrat and Amirul which I wants to give them the best comment.They are friendly and cheerful when giving the serving .They are patience and understanding even I am choosing.They always give their best service not only me but to others even long queues.They keep the best service each day.Excellence.Keep it out.

Highly recommend the mini pancakes – very tasty, not too sweet, and you can mix the flavours. I tried coconut and custard, both were great. Also had the traditional pancakes with charcoal black sesame, peanut, and matcha red bean. My favourite was the charcoal black sesame – the paste had a nice crunchy texture. The peanut one was more like a peanut paste compared to the traditional style. The matcha red bean was a bit sweet for me, but I liked the red bean texture. Overall, very nice!

I've bought from them many times and the pancakes are consistently good! Staff are super patient with some difficult and fussy customers. They're also friendly and here's a small attention to detail I really appreciate: when they hand me a bag of pancakes, they hold open the handles so I can easily and quickly slip my fingers and yeet my bag with me. Yay y'all awesome :)

First of all, there is a queue. Instead of assisting the cashier, the staff beside her was chatting. Can you please focus on customer service before any chats?! Help the cashier, she was managing on her own 😭 And gave me the wrong one 😡 I was so in a rush already. I wanted to put it in my bag and found out you gave the wrong one, so I need to reverse back just to change it. That's when I saw the staff chatting instead of helping the cashier Auntie. Kindly focus on customer service 😔 especially during peak hours. (PS: I had my first Munchi with CCK. Peanut fillings was satisfying. Queue was fast too. Because the staff in this outlet pays attention to serve customers first. The Woodlands one, the peanut fillings significantly differ. If someday I go CCK, I'll buy from CCK again.)
