Hired Mr Plumber to replace the poorly done accordion piping under my bathroom sinks (we have a very shallow space under the sink drain so unfortunately can't have a p trap). Thana did a great job and was very efficient. Both sinks were finished in under 30 mins. Thank you!

Plumber Jalal is very friendly, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. He explained the issue clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done before starting the work. He is very skillful and experienced, and he completed the job efficiently. I also appreciate that he worked neatly and ensured the area was clean after the work was done. He took the time to check that everything was functioning properly before leaving and even shared some helpful tips on how to maintain the plumbing to prevent future problems. His professionalism and good attitude made the whole experience very pleasant. The clog is indeed cleared up and I'm grateful by that. But while in the process it was cleaned up by the plumber and used the shower hose, my hose suddenly leaking. I realized that and told the plumber that the hose works perfectly fine before this. They changed it, but again it wasn't the same color I had before, which not really good experience having one additional issue come up. I hope the technician can be careful of this. Also, at the end, I paid using cash, because Google Pay and Paylah is not possible - which weird that those two payment system can use UEN... It was bad experience as I don't have exact amount, and the technician doesn't bring the change (which i told it will, because it was informed before hand). In the end, managed to pay and got change after long back and forth.

Kumar helped us assess a leaking toilet bowl quite a while ago took the time to explain the issue. And when we only recently needed it to be fixed, he and Thana helped us replace it so quickly and carefully. Kumar also advised on gross buildup in our kitchen drain and helped us clear it. I'm very happy with their service, thanks guys :)

On 28th Nov 25, Mr Kurma was assigned to do installation of 707, Dalton 25 Water Heater at my premises. He was very professional. Assess the condition of the old unit and found corrison on the existing heater supporting bracket. Make necessary arrangement to take it down with care to avoid dropping it and damaging the surronding items. Finally the new heater was nicely installed and everything work fine. Attach are photo of the old and new heater, for reference. Nice and good work Mr Kumar. 👍
