Gave two stars, as Karl sounded nice on the phone, but unfortunately he never showed to our meeting. No texts, no phone calls saying sorry he couldn't make it.... just left us sitting in a coffee shop for nearly an hour. The next day, I tried to contact him a few more times, just to find out what happened. I said I was going to leave a review and THAT was when he sent a very short text saying.. apologies, he has family issues. I would like to give him more stars, but he could have answered at least one of the dozen calls or texts I sent on the day.... would have taken 10 seconds.

I recently had my website upgraded by Sarah and the experience was fantastic. Sarah was not only skilled but also super friendly. She understood my vision and everything was completed in a very timely manner. The new design is visually appealing and user-friendly on any device.
