We requested the Auth Info code for our domain to switch to another provider, but after several weeks, no one from Motivo Network has deigned to respond, much less provide us with the code. Our website is currently down, so we're also suffering significant financial damage as a result. Therefore, be careful about which agency you entrust with the maintenance of your website. It's a shame because for five years, we've always honored the services we've used and weren't expecting such a disgraceful disruption. Luckily, our company email isn't linked to the domain, because now we'll also be without email.
