After researching for several design web companies in Ecuador I decided Mooncities Web Design due to ranking, comments of their clients and an added feature that included google analytics. My website is specialized in Ecuador Bird Watching Tours. I think this was the first time they created a website in English for the Travel & Tourism industry. Overall communication was great with Carlos Nole (the experienced designer) but it was a bit of challenge for both of us as we only use Skype for meetings. It took longer than expected to finish the site due to several constraints, holiday season, corrections in English and other variables. But, the site looked great and it was worth the waiting. Communication with Jo Maeyens was also good, professional and easy to follow up. His experience in web design was a huge plus! Additionally, Mooncities Support Team are always willing to help you with changes or corrections. Usually they respond 24-48 hours. Overall, I will recommend Jo Maeyens and his team for its experience in web design, easy to use system and update information, constant support and customer service are added quality services.
