One of the best PC retailers in Malaysia for me to buy PC components. First, shoutout to Azim. He really helped me throughout the process. Second, when all others PC retail try to take advantage of high demand components, this store does sell me the component at MSRP. No underlying fees or high price bundle, straight forward. I bought RTX5090 at day one launch at MSRP just add on one psu. Others tend to mark up prices or sell u whole pc bundle just to buy that GPU. Now, when GPU is trickling almost to none, this shop again save me and sell me the a GPU at Nov 2025 prices. Yes, i bought again at this shop a RTX5080. Even lower than day one launch msrp. You may disagree with some components maybe cheaper at online platforms because of voucher or other but one thing for sure this store never take advantage of situations when you need something. Purchased a laptop and monitor worth around RM3.7K. I was promised to collect the laptop at 9:40 pm after installation, waiting almost 1 hour around 10:00 pm I was informed it could only be collected the next day due to an issue. This was very disappointing as I was travelling the next day. After negotiation, the staff completed it that night and handed it over at a nearby petrol station in KB around 11:00 pm. Service needs improvement and promises should be kept. I will not visit this shop again.

I visited their shop on 25 November at 8. Their shop has most of the computer accessory, SD, Ram card , router etc. The visit is pleasant, their customer service is good. During payment, the process is fast and they provide major electronic wallet. The price is acceptable.
