Absolutely disappointed with the quality. Even in the bottle perfume seemed different in colour. But as I still had some of the original perfume in the bottle I poured some in the decant that was sent by Molecule.ee Original perfume formed an oily layer on top of the heavily deluded alcohol decant inside the bottle. And even the smell seems off. Highly suggest not purchasing anything from the website. Such a disgusting deal. My order nr: 31639

I'm extremely disappointed with the service. I placed my order three weeks in advance and was given a specific delivery timeline—they assured me everything would be on time, as delivery was 10-14 days maximum. Eighteen days after placing the order, it turned out the item was completely out of stock, and no one had informed me of this. We only found out because we called. I paid immediately, but the order wasn't actually fulfilled. The result was a ruined gift and wasted time. Offers to "wait for delivery" or a "discount on my next order" (which I never received) don't solve the problem when I need the item by a specific date. It feels like they're completely indifferent to their customers. I have no intention of returning.
