After about half a year of working with MM Brands, it’s time to share our experience and give this great team the recognition they deserve. When we first started out, we handled all of our company’s marketing ourselves — but after a while, we weren’t sure if we were really on the right track. It’s just not enough to simply post a few pictures on Instagram. Successful marketing is so much more: it’s about the entire digital strategy — website, social media, integrating email newsletters and SMS marketing — and being able to measure results. When looking for a smaller, family-oriented, local agency (which was important to us), and with a pretty limited budget, we found MM Brands right in our own neighborhood. And we’re so glad we did! Melissa is a dedicated agency owner who truly understands her clients and invests a great deal of care and thought into every step. She helps us cut through the marketing jungle and lays out clear strategies for systematically building our brand. On top of that, she has already supported us with print materials as well. We truly hope this partnership continues for a long time and that we’ll keep growing together. I have been working with Melissa and her Team at MM Brands for almost 10 years now. We started out mainly with website design and maintenance. A couple of years ago we began working more closely and putting more effort in social media and customer follow up. In that time our business has grown significantly.
