Jun was amazing throughout the entire process!! Very welcoming and had excellent explanations whenever we had questions about the process. She was very attentive to make sure the rings came out absolutely perfect. For example, my fiancé’s ring had a small bubble after the initial polishing phase. Jun filed the ring down and re-polished it perfectly to make it flawless. Jun also had excellent attention to detail, I was having an emerald stone placed in my band and she took extra care to pick one out that was a darker color like my emerald engagement band!! We will definitely be coming back to stop in the next time we are in Japan!

We had a great time at the workshop. The personalized and private experience made this workshop a standout. Compared to other shops we compared, this felt more personalized and hands-on. The experience included more steps than other stores and truly felt like we were making the rings. Our artisan was knowledgeable, good at communicating, and a great guide for the process. I would highly recommended this experience to others.

We visited in December 2025, on our first trip to Japan, to make two wedding bands. The process was seamless, with pricing and options clearly explained and confirmed, and the production process outlined from the outset. Our guide, Kazuki, was excellent in walking us through what we needed to do in English, and we felt sufficiently engaged in making the rings, while also feeling supported in doing so. He also helpfully took about 40 photos and videos of the process (including some lovely ones of the rings in a commemorative setting), which were airdropped to us at the end of the session. At all times, he was helpful, cheerful, and thorough. We were exceptionally happy with the personalised rings we made, and the process, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Mitubaci to others.

What a memorable experience to do in Tokyo. We were guided through the whole process of making a ring from start to finish. Now our wedding bands are all the more to special because we helped create them. Great quality material and they even let you practice prior to executing on the actual rings. Highly recommended!! It took about 2.5 hours to complete the rings. Easy to find the location and overall great value. Thank you Saki!! We will be back :)
