As a small biz owner with plenty of 'big dreams' but with a failing, long-neglected website, I needed a web-builder who would totally catch my vision, get on board with what I was trying to do, and build the site I needed in order to release the 'bottleneck' of my business. Mits brilliantly designed and built my website from scratch in 2022. I did a road map with Mits to scope out my business; it covered target audience, products, services and branding — not only the web design I had expected. Working with Mits Griffin transformed my whole understanding of what my business was about, not only because she asked searching questions but because she also put forward ideas to answer questions I had not even grappled with. Our one-to-one meetings became brainstorming sessions on everything from strategy, marketing, and product development as well as web design and function.
