Mitre 10 MEGA Queenstown

Incredibly helpful staff. We needed to buy an extension to the flue pipe for the installation of our woodburner. Our local Mitre 10 were not very helpful with helping us locate the product, which was out of stock at their store. Fortunately they did suggest contacting Queenstown store in the end. From that point on, we received very helpful advice on cost effective solution to our issue and they even shipped the pipe directly to our house. Very pleased with the overall experience!

I always feel out of place in hardware shops but the staff here are lovely. They are super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They always point me in the right direction and have even got me a trolley and wheeled my purchases to my car for me. Cute little pet section, as well, and the adjoining cafe is great. Cannot fault this shop. Much prefer it to Bunnings!

I wouldn't normally leave a review for a store but I have to say I was asked several times by different staff if they could help me find anything. We had paint mixed, looked for something not stocked, the staff really stood out as wanting to help rather than trained to help. A great store.

This week I stopped by the store to buy a few things, and Tan and her coworker helped me with everything. They were both very kind. Tan was thoughtful enough not only to help me with the trolleys, but also to help me load everything into the van. Thank you very much for your help.

Great store. The staff are so much better than other hardware stores. Its refreshing to speak with people who are actually helpful and know what they're talking about. Special thanks to Joel from paint. He really went out of his way to help me find all sorts.
