Though they started as a mobile phone repair shop, im impressed on how it has scaled to a household name now as a mobile repair shop and selling of mobile phones. Bought a brand new iPhone 17 Promax 256 for a reasonable $1758 nett and u can also use CDC vouchers! I know it was a good price because even Hong Kong sells it at about the same price! Plus the staff are often helpful and polite. I have patronised the shop at Nex and the same praise goes to them. The only issue is the service is good till there is always a queue.😅

I went to the Marine Parade branch to replace my badly cracked back glass panel and was attended to by the branch supervisor. I was truly impressed by his excellent service, patience, and initiative throughout the process. The quoted cost for replacing the back glass panel was $68. However, when I collected my phone, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the entire body cover, including the back glass panel, had been replaced instead. I later understood that the cost of replacing the whole body cover would normally be $108. The branch supervisor explained that replacing the entire body cover was necessary to ensure a proper repair, yet he did not charge me the additional cost difference. I sincerely appreciate his professionalism, proactiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile in handling the repair and replacement. Thank you very much to the branch supervisor for the outstanding customer service and thoughtful gesture.

quite a busy outlet. service is great but the ipad battery replacement ran into some problems. their response is top class. they slot me into another location near me and resolved all the post replacement issues. That was 2 weeks ago. Ive been using them for my iphone and ipad battery replacement and repairs. not the cheapest and not perfect, but they gained my trust with the wide range of service, efficient web/mobile interface and williness to address issues promptly.

Two years ago, I bought a second-hand Promax 14 from your store, and it's still in excellent condition. I recently bought the same device as a gift for my little brother. Everything is perfect and still in excellent condition. I'm very happy shopping at your store. Thanks MISTER MOBILE 🫶❤️

excellent service! went there to do application of screen protector and the employee was so helpful and kind :). greeted us with have a good day after helping w the screen protector and even helped us with the parkway points so we didnt have to do it ourselves! the employee clearly explained the difference between the $10 ans $20 screen protector, and also did the application w such good precision and also speedily! i didnt manage to take note of the employee’s name, but we came down on Sunday, 12 April 2026, around 4-5+, and it was the employee on the left side. to whoever it was, tysm for the excellent service :). and thank u to mr mobile team for the great service as well. will continue to come back! my first time was so pleasant 😁
