Went to Mister Mobile (Bukit Panjang) to buy a Google Pixel phone. The service was okay — not particularly friendly, but also not rude. Transaction was smooth and straightforward. Overall, happy with the purchase and satisfied with the experience.
First time visit the shop. Remember to make appointment to ensure item is available. They have order the item before attended the appointment and served by yongfu. The procedure is simple by test the phone before handed over to them. 2 hours for the battery replacement and 2 months warranty . The cost Is $78 .
Visited this branch a week ago at bukit panjang plaza after lunch with my god mom and god pa. Excellent service at Mister Mobile! Brought in my Samsung S23 Ultra because the battery life was getting poor, and they handled the replacement smoothly. The pricing is very reasonable and transparent with no hidden fees. The technicians were professional, fast, and the overall experience was great. Highly recommend them if you need a reliable phone repair!
The service is excellent - best so far that i have ever experience. From the point of enquiry over the counter at an earlier occassion to booking my appointment (the promptness and the willingness to accomodate my changes) to the actual servincing over the counter. The completion was done earlier than stated time and the job very professional. You guys got the right people and from what i see the right training. And the service is consistent ie does not defee from person to person - i happen to overhear another customer-service personel exchange. There are 2 persons who served me - a guy and a girl - unfortunately, i din see the persons name.
Leaving a review from 5 star to 1 star because of my recent experience with their staff Hui Yee. I asked a simple question why my phone would work the night before after I dropped it but have green screen the next day. Despite asking their staff 6 times what could be some plausible causes, she kept repeating I don’t know even without checking until I insisted she check with her other colleagues did she do so. I raised this to the customer service team on WhatsApp, who mentioned about water issue which my phone was diagnosed no water issue, and they gave some excuses for their staff behavior. Later in the day, the staff used her personal phone to call and whatsapp me and I felt harassed. Does this mean all Mister Mobile staff can get access to customer phone number and text them? What happened to PDPA??
