We use Miralix because it is an intuitive tool where you can use superusers in the individual departments to relieve the administrative part of the telephony solution from IT. Support is always ready on the phone, it's not like with others where you end up number 28 in a queue. You get help quickly and many cases can be solved directly here and now.
We just switched to Miralix on March 4, 2021 and must say that we have experienced a professional setup from the start. This is from the initial conversations, negotiations, project start, training, GO LIVE and now that we are up and running and everything is working as it should.
