What a beautiful, lovely, and cozy shop. We bought gorgeous fabrics. The ladies who helped us were very patient, friendly, and skilled. We took samples home several times and ultimately made the right choice. It was so nice that everyone was so helpful, which allowed us to choose the perfect fabrics for our interior. Highly recommended.
I have been working with Minty Media for quite a few years now. In the meantime, they have helped us with multiple websites (for various companies). Time and again, the collaboration is a real pleasure. Job Dekker (our contact person) is truly able to speak the language of business and not get bogged down in IT jargon. As a result, matters are made very clear, which is very pleasant. They have grown considerably since then, and we are in contact with several employees. Every single one of them is a great person. A nice team with a lot of in-house expertise. Highly recommended!
I use Minty Media to link orders and inventory to Bol.com. Excellent support, great company. Everything has to be done via email, and I'm more of a phone person ;-). They're very helpful and help me whenever needed. All in all, very satisfied.
We recently started doing business with Minty Media through a client of ours. We use the bol.com integration, and it's user-friendly and easy to use. Just connect, and it works. If it doesn't work, Minty Media's support team will get it working again, and you'll receive a response quickly. Highly recommended!
The worst collaboration ever from June 2022 to February 12, 2023. They first asked you to move your website to their own hosting, and then from Shopify to WooCommerce, and then charged you a lot because they promised so much. They gained access to our website and, without our permission, ran a new test (beta software) on our website and Bol.com integration, POS, on a Sunday without prior notice. Everything went wrong then. Our purchase price became our selling price, and we received so many orders that we couldn't ship to our customers because the price was wrong. Our account manager at Minty Media did nothing to help or compensate us, and in the end, he started telling lies and refused to take responsibility for his actions, claiming it wasn't his fault that the beta software caused major errors on my website, Bol.com, and Mpluskassa POS. My question is, who built the software, and who did I pay for it? I've been waiting for months now, but still no word or compensation for the loss they caused us, and eventually our Bol.com account was closed. But they'll be hearing from our lawyer soon. If you love your business and don't want to waste your time and money, run away from Minty Media. They promise you what they can't deliver and cost us a lot of money in service and lost revenue. Run away from Minty Media. Don't tell me no one warned you. Why does Bol.com allow these kinds of companies and not monitor their actions?
