Joni has been really patient, gentle, and supportive with my daughter. She explains things in a way that’s easy to follow and always takes the time to make sure she truly understands. We also really appreciate how flexible and accommodating she has been whenever there are changes. We feel very blessed to have found Ms Wong through Mindflex as my child’s Chinese and Math teacher. She is extremely patient and caring, truly like a motherly figure to her student. She genuinely cares about my child’s progress and is always willing to spend extra time guiding my child whenever needed. Since engaging her, my child has gained much more confidence in Chinese, is able to speak more fluently, and can recognise many more Chinese words. We truly appreciate her dedication, patience, and encouragement, and are very thankful for all her support. Teachers like her are truly hard to come by. Jerlyn, the coordinator is very patient and helpful in assisting us to find a suitable tutor for our needs. She is always prompt in responding and answers our queries attentively. She also did her best to match our requests with the available tutors. We would definitely engage them again if we need tutors for other subjects in the future.
