Mincheng Bibimbap 민정비빔밥 敏丁拌饭

I had a wonderful dining experience at Mincheng Bibimbap. From the moment we walked in, the staff(Ms Faye) incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Their warm hospitality created a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout the meal. The food was equally impressive. The bibimbap was served fresh, with generous portions and well-balanced flavours. Every ingredient tasted fresh and complemented each other perfectly. The side dishes were also delicious and added to the overall experience. What stood out most was the combination of excellent service and great food, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s always nice to find a place where both the quality of the food and customer service are consistently good. I would definitely recommend Mincheng Bibimbap to anyone looking for a satisfying Korean meal and I look forward to coming back again soon.

Came on 2 occasions to try out their food. Got hits and misses. Value is there, free flow of kimchi, white radish and seaweed soup. Kimchi is nice flavored and so is the soup unlike other Korean eateries that tasted bland. The only noodle dish is the cold noodles. Decent. Bibimbap is alright and is really filling. The only dish I find below standard is their chicken cutlet. Soggy. One thing I find really good is their tofu. Will try their tofu dish next visit.

Had some good experience at it's Tanjong Pagar outlet so we purposely came here for a late lunch on Sunday. Even though the beef bibimbap came looking good and promising, the taste is anything near. The hotplate beef is also nothing Korean to be exact. Even the kimchi is so disappointing. Obviously it's over fermented and too sour. Good for cooking soup but not as table banchai. Not sure if they are trying to test diners taste buds or just save cost. And yes, sorry, you killed all possibilities and desire for me to ever return.

Really enjoyed my meal at Mincheng Bibimbap. The bibimbap was tasty, and I like that you can add the sauce according to your own preference. Free refills of rice, seaweed soup, and kimchi are a big plus and make it great value for money. Friendly service and satisfying portions. Will be back!

The food is so good, but the service is even better. We changed our seats and the staff offered to carry out stuff and also our bowls and utensils. Also, they showed concern when my mum scalded her finger (cause the bowl is hot). Highly recommend, but be careful of the bowl cause its very hot.
