Mincheng Bibimbap 민정비빔밥 敏丁拌饭

Had such a satisfying Korean meal today! The pork bibimbap stone rice was absolutely delicious , served sizzling hot with perfectly seasoned pork and crispy rice at the bottom that added amazing texture. The hot plate egg with tofu was another highlight, soft, silky, and comforting with just the right balance of flavours. The Korean seafood soup was rich and hearty, packed with fresh ingredients and a nice depth of spice that made it incredibly enjoyable. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and full of authentic taste. What truly elevated the experience was the excellent service, attentive, friendly, and efficient throughout the meal. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

I love this no frills bibimbap place! It’s my favourite hot stone bibimbap in Singapore because it’s so value for money. They are very generous with the portion and ingredients. My mum and I always share one bibimbap and one soup. The service is excellent and quality is superior for the price paid. I also like that it’s not as salty and 重口味 like usual Korean restaurants. We’ve visited many times and will continue patronising!

It's a very family friendly restaurant. The service is excellent, attentive staff and the food is reasonably priced. Good quality as well. Nice variety of rice and soup. There's naengmyeon. Seaweed soup is especially refreshing! Love it! Well keep patronising!

The staff are all very youthful, very friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. No questions needed to be asked, they promptly served us soup and condiments as soon as we were seated. I always love the cold noodles, refreshing and delicious. The new menu chicken leg soup is hearty and warm.

Excellent beef bibimbap at a very reasonable price and the quantity is more than enough for one person. The pork meatball soup is good as well. Everything is served super hot. The service is quick and very friendly. Free kimchi, refillable. Super busy during peak hours.
