Great atmosphere with the Singapore skyline and view of Esplanade and Marina Bay Sands. Great place to impress your foreign friends or for a romantic date. The menu is well designed by 1 star Michelin chef LG Han to be locally inspired. Will be back to try other great bites.

Had a great dinner at Milli! Chef LG Han’s menu was creative and full of surprises while staying true to the familiar local flavours we love. My favourites were definitely the Oyster Omelette Soufflé, King Crab Leg and Lobster Laksa! Great food, great atmosphere and a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience overall.

Newly opened rooftop dining concept on top of National Gallery, serving creative modern takes on classic Singaporean cuisine accompanied by a multitude of fantastic original cocktails. Upon entering, the open outdoor dining area already boasts an amazing landscape of the city skyline with Marina Bay Sands - front and center in the distance. Perfect atmosphere/spot for a gathering with friends or a romantic dinner date where you can enjoy an intimate dining experience with an incredible backdrop. Milli Sky Dining offers a selection of dishes that are modern and refined takes on classic Singaporean flavors, perfect for sharing with a group to try a bit of everything. We ordered some small starters - Popiah Tartlets and Cereal Corn Ribs as well as a couple of cocktails - Whiskey Green Tea and the Singaporean Breakfast. Everything was delicious, especially the Whiskey Green Tea which was a cocktail I kept coming back for more - a must try. For the mains, some standouts were the Oyster Omelette Souffle - fluffy, airy and fresh as well as the Chicken Rice Paella - strong tasty flavors with lots of textures from the juicy chicken and crispy rice. Both delicious. Staff and service was excellent overall - friendly, attentive and helpful. Also, a big shoutout to Vijay for his hospitality and masterful cocktail recommendations. Truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the dining experience and the hospitality at Milli Sky Dining and looking forward to coming back soon to try the rest of the menu!

Had a wonderful evening at Milli Sky Lounge. The views were absolutely stunning and I loved how Milli takes familiar Singaporean flavours and elevates them in such a thoughtful and creative way. A perfect spot for a special night out, looking forward to coming back again.
