I was their user for 2 years and was quite satisfied with the quality of the service. I am now switching to optical internet, but I think they have made the most of the technology with microwave (and there was pouring rain, hanging tree branches, an antenna twisted by a windstorm - everything). I see a lot of comments about administrative difficulties, but I have not had a bad experience, and this kind of thing is not a problem with multi-companies either. Only two stars and not one, because the staff is very kind and helpful! However, Péter Rege, the Managing Director, did not keep his word even after several inquiries, no feedback was received, although he acknowledged the company's mistake, and there was talk of compensation, but unfortunately it was just talk, he has not responded to the letter since then. The service continues to be constantly glitchy, absolutely unreliable, sometimes the connection is lost every 5 minutes for an hour, completely unsuitable in a place where stable internet would be the goal.
I have been a satisfied customer for many years, excellent personalized service, precise installation, execution. Continuous performance optimization. I can only recommend it! Thank you!

Our internet service was down for many hours - for several days! - as it was a holiday, we waited patiently for it to work again, but to no avail. They are unreachable anyway, there is no on-call service. When I visited their office in person on the 2nd working day, they were closed, which they did not provide any information about (internet service provider...). My husband was able to talk to someone, though. I work from home, and I need internet. We would control the heating via Wifi. I am paying for this service for a WHOLE month. We are looking for another service provider as soon as possible. I do not recommend them to anyone, because if there is a problem, you are on your own.
