My website was slower than slow so I reached out to Mike to help with this. It's been great working with Mike, he is a real pro in his field! He took time to explain things to a not very tech savvy customer, he kept me up to date with the work progress and was always on hand when I had a question. He went above and beyond trying to sort out some issues with the website. After the work was completed he prepared an extensive report and offered a phone call to talk through it. He also offered an invaluable advice on how to maintain the website, speed etc. I will definitely be using Mike again for any website maintenance, update.
