We contacted them to get work done, but they couldn't schedule a time slot, nor could we get the work done. We requested a site visit, and when they sent someone for the visit, they demanded a fee. It turned out the people they sent were from another company. They didn't inform us of this, which is another problem we only found out later. So we ended up using a different company and using a different product. This is my experience, and that's why I wouldn't recommend them.
