They were able to adapt new technology, solve a lot of difficult problems, and deliver high quality results within reasonable timeline, with prompt communication all along.

Till the moment you wire the money it all looks great. From that moment on you are not important anymore and the delay starts and the delivered work was very bad and even useless for they did not want to deliver the needed docs or clean up the mess they made.
