The house was originally quite dusty with lots of nooks and hard-to-reach areas that we could never properly get to on our own — but the team cleaned everything thoroughly and made the whole space look fresh again. I am very disappointed with the service. I booked a cleaning session for today, but the helper never showed up. I tried contacting the company multiple times via WhatsApp, but received no response at all. I also called the helper directly, and she informed me that she had not even been assigned to my booking. This lack of communication and poor coordination is extremely frustrating, especially when customers make plans based on confirmed appointments. Since the service was not provided, I expect a full refund without any delay. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company based on the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

Thanks for the efficient and organised response in finding us a part time help during our regular helper's home leave period. Brin did a good job with cleaning and organising the house and was also patient with helping out with our kids. Hope to utilise your service again.
