This is a terrible company. If you don't want to waste your nerves and money, DON'T ORDER A WEBSITE FROM THEM! You'll end up literally renting a website! When it comes to ripping you off, all the employees are nice, they make tons of promises, but in the end, you'll be responsible for maintaining the entire website yourself. I ordered and paid for a website from them on May 31, 2024. They promised I'd have a fully functioning website within 10 days. They kept calling me all summer, trying to push advertising on me (which I'm very good at and refused). They couldn't get any extra money out of me. Then, problems with Google Ads started popping up. Google police started pointing out errors in the website's creation. The bots weren't registered for Google to scan the front page, which is the website itself. Then they required a domain certificate, but it turned out MegaGroup didn't have one. I ended up buying the domain from another company five months after I paid for the website and domain. MegaGroup employees are incredibly rude, and their director, Sardor, is absolutely outrageous! In the end, I only got a working website in October 2024! And when it came to paying for website maintenance, Sardor refused, citing the fact that I dared to complain to tech support more than two months ago!! I had no complaints, and only in March did I ask for a recalculation! On October 15, 2024, tech support informed me that my website was archived!! This was confirmed by a recording of the conversation, including from tech support itself. Apparently, this is why I had problems with Google. My inquiries in May were never answered. Tech support blocked my phone number, calling only from a third-party source. They promised they would answer, but of course they didn't. All the good reviews here are clearly fake, or the employees themselves are writing them. I've already met numerous people who have suffered from similar problems at this company! I contacted the consumer protection service! They won't give me a receipt; they only gave me a contract after I demanded one. And that's only in electronic form. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. WASTE OF MONEY!

Stay away from them!!! After you pay for your order, they'll forget everything they promised. My website was developed by this company in the past, and I have many bad memories. The technical support they promise doesn't work at all. Everything is template-based, there's no personalized approach. There's no quality. If you order a website from them, you'll be dependent on them forever, as they'll develop your website using their SMS service. You'll be forced to pay for their low-quality hosting.

Objectively, this isn't a company I'd recommend as a contractor. There are certainly some positives: the staff in Tashkent is quite responsive and always tries to help with any queries, and the accounting department is absolutely delightful. So, the interaction with the client is a solid 4 out of 5. Now for the negatives, and there are many: the Tashkent office collects orders and sends them to the head office, which is apparently located in Russia, which in turn outsources them to freelancers. So, be prepared for any minor detail that needs to be finalized and posted on the website to cost three times as much as a similar offer on the market, and the turnaround time is three times longer. There will be a lot of work to be done because all the websites are template-based, even the more expensive ones that aren't really template-based. It couldn't be otherwise, because their admin panel is configured strictly for these templates. It's easy to understand, the interface is quite user-friendly, but the functionality is very limited; what they offer feels like it's from 2010. They can't even handle modern and already popular features. It's like buying a Lada and adding endless bells and whistles to make it look like a Malibu. You'll only end up wasting time and money; it's better to just pay extra and order a proper website. Therefore, for customer service, this company gives a B, but for technical capabilities, it barely reaches a C.

Large office, they greeted me warmly and helped me with my website issues. They work with templates, there's a wide selection, and you can save money and manage the website (enter data) yourself. I recommend them! Excellent service.

It's a completely useless company, they haven't been able to connect to the payment system for 5 months, they don't have a specialist, I feel sorry for the time I wasted my money.
