Excellent service. I went back for a second opinion and they answered all my questions. Their explanation of what might be wrong with my computer was very clear and detailed (which turned out to be the problem, not what they told me at the first place I went). Their diagnosis was better, and they fixed the problem the same day I brought my computer in.
Previously I took a piece of equipment to the technology plaza where they did a terrible job, but this place helped me find the best solution at the best possible price.
