The team was punctual, polite, and incredibly thorough in addressing the problem. Their expertise was evident, and they made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I also really appreciated the booking reminders sent throughout—from confirmation, to one hour before, and again at the appointment time—which was incredibly helpful, as it’s easy to forget these things. Their new website is also impressive: professional, clean, and very easy to navigate. The results were outstanding, with noticeable improvements in a very short time. It’s rare to come across a company that delivers excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, and such effective outcomes. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and top-quality pest control services.

On the day of our move in to a new place, we discovered potential evidence of termites. It was a very hectic time and a completely unexpected turn of events. The admin lady was very helpful in addressing the urgency of the situation. She assigned the job to Chris, who came down on the day we called - despite it being very late into the day - to give us professional advice based on his assessment. His advice was genuine, and he explained our options in detail, with pros and cons. It helped us to make the right decisions to address the issue promptly. Thank you again!

Had contacted Chris to do an assessment of termites in the house. Chris graciously came down same day despite my last minute request and I am really appreciative of his complimentary termite assessment! I wanted to leave a review as have had such a great experience the past 2 years with Maximum Pest. We have a regular monthly inspection as part of our contract. They are always on time and responsive.

Misleading and Ineffective Treatments – Avoid at All Costs Our experience with Maximum Pest has been nothing short of disappointing. We were initially convinced by their team that a third session was absolutely necessary, even though we had only found one dead bug following their SECOND chemical treatment. We reluctantly agreed, trusting their expertise. However, after the third treatment, things took a turn for the worse. Instead of finding fewer pests, we discovered more than 6-7 bugs, some of which appeared to be adults. It’s painfully clear that the treatment was not only ineffective, but somehow allowed for the bugs to continue to thrive. To add insult to injury, Maximum Pest is now claiming we need to throw away our headboard—something that should have been communicated upfront if their treatments were not going to work effectively on it. This appears to be a complete failure on their part to properly diagnose and manage the issue, leaving us with wasted money and an unresolved problem. Maximum Pest has misled us into paying for at least three sessions, with no results to show for it. Their approach has been nothing but a string of ineffective treatments and repetitive advice. We do not recommend them at all to anyone dealing with pest issues. Edit: Obviously this is the correct company. MAXIMUM PEST CONTROL. I have photos and all our conversations to prove it.
