Reports are highly questionable to a point of downright completely wrong. The market size numbers were 100x what it is was and even basic details are missed. Many are just copy-pasted from Google. Absolute waste of a company.

They gave us a preliminary report and it was all wrong. Do not at any cost use their information

Title: $8,000 Scam – Unethical Practices, Zero Value, Fake Data I contracted MarketsandMarkets for a market research report with a clearly defined scope of work. After weeks of back-and-forth to align on objectives, they delivered a so-called “custom” report that was nothing more than generic, outdated information—clearly copy-pasted from old sources. It did not reflect the industry we discussed, nor did it align with our target market, product parameters, or competitive landscape. Despite multiple attempts to escalate and resolve the issue, including detailed contract and SOW reviews, they offered no meaningful solution. Their responses were evasive, and their so-called analysts had zero subject matter expertise. The data was either fabricated or irrelevant—not usable for any strategic decision-making. I paid $8,000 for what amounts to a glorified Google search and a blatant disregard for contractual obligations. This experience was unprofessional, unethical, and outright dishonest. Do not trust their promises of custom research or industry insights. This was a waste of time and money, and I've pursued action for refund as they did not acknowledge dozens of complaints a solution.

Data provided in their reports is highly questionable. Report descriptions, especially within the table of contents is highly misleading. They only provide high level figures, while leading you to believe they have all of the supporting detail behind the numbers they state. When questioned, they respond with saying they need 14 days to compile, which tells me, they do not have them! But I will say they are responsive.
