y disappointed with this SEO/marketing agency. I signed a long-term contract expecting professional service and real results, but unfortunately the delivery has been extremely poor. Despite several months of engagement, there has been little to no measurable improvement in leads, visibility, or overall marketing performance. Communication has also been frustrating, with concerns repeatedly raised but never properly addressed. What is most disappointing is their attitude towards clients. Even when it became clear that the service was not delivering value, they were unwilling to discuss a reasonable way to end the contract early. The focus seemed to be more on collecting ongoing fees rather than ensuring their service actually works for their clients. If you are considering working with this company, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and carefully reviewing the contract terms before committing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services

They took the time to understand our business goals, delivered a professional and visually stunning website, and launched a marketing campaign that produced real, measurable results. Their communication, creativity, and attention to detail were outstanding throughout. I couldn’t recommend Marketing Sweet highly enough — a truly five-star experience!

After 18 months with Marketing Sweet we decided to terminate our contract early. This was due primarily to lack of results and ROI. However our account manager was not aligned with our goals and the team did not respond well to our requests. It was suggested at one stage that the lack of results could be a problem on our end! Avoid any company that requires a lock in contract in my opinion, especially one that provides gimicky 'A Team' membership structures. Once finished, management did not take on any feedback. As far as I can tell, their business model is to lock you in for as long as possible, feed you inaccurate statistics and information and accept no responsibility when things dont work. Avoid at all costs.

Our web page is finally healthy and doing exactly what we need it to and it as all because of the hard work and dedication Bella and Marketing Sweet have shown.
