Unfortunately, my experience with them was terrible. I absolutely do not recommend them. They were completely unprofessional. Here's my experience: they conducted the interview, ignored it, sent me a terrible job, apologized, and then requested another interview, which was canceled due to their unpunctuality. They arrived 50 minutes late without any prior notice. They play with people's time, and in the end, it turns out it wasn't their fault, despite having years of experience. After countless messages and putting me through a lot, they finally refunded my money, thank God. I was really excited about them creating my logo; it's a shame. I thought they were a reputable company.

The service was very professional, the attention I received was very personalized, and they managed to deliver exactly what I was looking for in terms of my logo. I was very happy with the result. I definitely recommend them.

Personally, I didn't like the service. At first, they were very friendly since you sign up for the most complete package, supposedly including unlimited changes, but it turns out that's not the case. They insist on making the logo however they want, making a lot of excuses until you're finally convinced to accept it as is. When the business cards are sent to the printer, they come out a different color. Similarly, the stationery printed at home is also affected; they say it could be the color combination, which I don't believe because it should print exactly as it appears on the screen. In short, I would NOT recommend them, as customer service is paramount.

I can say with complete confidence that this is a company with a great team. This is the second time they've done a design for me, and I definitely recommend them highly.
