I had a sublime experience in this Michelin starred restaurant. The moment you walk in, you are attended to every step in the way. I had an amazing 13 course dinner. The theme and presentation (seeing that the restaurant is situated in Gardens by the Bay) is all about flora. A very clever interplay of flavours, senses and presentation to give you this 'Alice in Wonderland' vibes. The food? as expected, tastes amazing. Being situated in the Gardens By The Bay, you get to wander in the Flower Dome for free, so long as you stay for your meal. I went during april, so the flower dome had a Sakura themed flower exhibition. I do recommend you go during dinner time, have your amazing meal, then walk it off afterwards at the flower dome. All the tourist groups would have left. You will have the place all to yourselves. A must visit.

Marguerite is a bit of a contradiction. The food is visually stunning—true edible art—and the service was absolutely fantastic; the staff are attentive and professional. However, for the high price point, the meal was ultimately forgettable. Not a single dish or even an amuse-bouche stood out as truly delicious or memorable. Strangely, when booking, we were told only 6:30 PM was available, yet the restaurant was deserted with only three tables occupied all Thursday night. It’s a beautiful space, but the atmosphere and flavors don’t justify the cost

A good lunch menu. Added a supplementary eel course, it is superb. Love the kangaroo tail pho consommé and pate en croute. The lamb pastry of the main course is a nod to a very good curry puff homage. The apple pie with Martel caramel ended the course perfectly. The walk in the flower dome at the end of the meal is a good experience. You can get complementary entry to the flower dome. Loves how it aligns to the theme of the restaurant.

An enchanting French garden escape with a world-class dessert trolley My close friend and I enjoyed a lovely lunch here today. The atmosphere is absolutely charming—cozy, elegant, and set in a breathtaking indoor garden filled with lush plants and thoughtful botanical touches. Every detail, from the table settings to the plate presentations, felt delicate and refined. The food was beautifully presented. The starters were subtle and sophisticated. The main course was good—well-composed and skillful—though I felt it lacked a tiny bit of depth compared to the exceptional starters and desserts. Ah, the desserts—this is where the experience truly shined. The restaurant offers what might be one of the best dessert trolley services I’ve ever seen. A elegant cart is wheeled to your table, filled with an array of exquisitely crafted sweet treats. Each dessert is plated individually for you, with careful attention to detail. The portions are small, allowing you to taste several without overindulging, and the variety is impressive. This alone is worth a visit. The coffee afterward was also a delightful surprise—far better than expected and a perfect finish. What makes the visit truly worthwhile is the complimentary access to the gardens after your meal. Strolling through the landscape felt like a natural extension of the dining experience. If you leave right after eating, the price may feel a bit high, but including the garden walk makes it excellent value. Other practical highlights: the golf cart shuttle to and from the entrance is a nice touch, and SMS reminders are sent if you have a reservation. Just a note: when booking online, you must confirm via email after submitting your card details. I forgot this step and my link expired, but a phone call resolved it kindly. Overall, this is a wonderful spot for a leisurely lunch, especially with visitors. A beautiful French meal, a world-class dessert trolley, and a peaceful walk in the gardens make for a truly memorable outing. Highly recommended for a special yet relaxed experience.

Dining at Marguerite is an extraordinary experience, blending artistry and flavor in every dish. Nestled within the Flower Dome, the stunning surroundings of the Gardens by the Bay create a serene and picturesque setting. The Michelin star is well deserved, with the tasting menu showcasing exquisite seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques. Each course is beautifully presented, balancing flavors and textures in a way that excites the palate. We celebrated my mom's birthday here, and the attentive service made the occasion even more special. Marguerite is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in a luxurious and unforgettable meal in an extraordinary location.
