Our experience with Manthea Sagl, providing hosting services (both as suppliers and their clients), was unfortunately complex, especially regarding communication, which proved utterly ineffective. During the closing of the relationship and the administrative management, we encountered difficulties receiving replies via email (which, according to them, never arrived), even after multiple attempts to contact them. We recently tried using WhatsApp as an alternative channel, but even there, communication suddenly became inconsistent, illogical, and highly contradictory, resulting in a lack of clear and continuous communication. Even the most recent messages remained unread, leaving us deeply dissatisfied and with a pending situation that has been ongoing since 2022. The lack of an easily usable formal channel, as would have been possible in Italy with a certified email (PEC) or equivalent address for official communications, combined with the geographical distance and the foreign headquarters in Switzerland, has made it quite difficult to manage the professional relationship in an orderly manner over time. As of today, July 2026, we are still seeking a calm communication approach to finally conclude what would have been logical to conclude in 2022. Following several complaints raised, which we have proven to be unfounded both through mutually owned email exchanges and through external, third-party tools such as DNS History, which seemed to resolve the issue and apparent misunderstanding, we find ourselves back at square one with a company that is effectively unreachable. With a profound critical spirit and a hint of objectivity, we acknowledge some of the blame (and responsibility) on our part, as we should have immediately established other administrative procedures for non-Italian companies, which perhaps, precisely because of their nature, are more complex to manage and contact when issues of this kind arise.
