BUYER BEWARE This company came highly reviewed, which is why I trusted them with a $15,000 website project they promised to deliver within 12 weeks. They repeatedly reassured me—without hesitation—that they could complete the work exactly as requested. After a year and a half, countless meetings, and consistent reminders that I did not want to deviate from the original scope, I was told they could not deliver the project as outlined in our original contract. When I declined to accept a far less comprehensive and functional website than what was contracted, I was told they had spent 67 hours on the project and used $10,000 of the budget. To be clear, I have no usable product—nothing beyond partial design work that was clearly defined in the contract at $2,500. I paid upfront because the company was well recommended and local to the Portland area. As a small solopreneur, this represented a significant financial investment, earned through hard work. After 18 months, I’m left without the website I paid for and without a satisfactory resolution and really nothing, aside from a suggestive return of $5000 which is far from satisfactory or fair. It’s not my responsibility to pay your employees for doing work that wasn’t outlined or contracted! Thanks guys!

The MainelySEO team created our new website and we are so happy with their work! They listened to our requests and did everything they could to achieve them on the site while also building it using the sales software we needed to make it a successful e-commerce site. It can be a challenge but they were up to the task. They also do SEO work on the site and customized for our unique business. Their team communicated with us about the timeline for the website creation and launch, as well as make sure it worked for us after the launch - and often overlooked piece of the process. Mainely SEO has a wonderful team! They are super responsive, helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to all thing's websites and SEO. They rebuilt our website quickly from our previous company and helped optimize each page for SEO while customizing everything for our unique needs. Highly recommended!
