TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff are NOT TRAINED in customer service or problem-solving. I ordered some business cards and it's been almost a month and they still haven't delivered them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!

Excellent service, especially since you can order your banner from your phone without having to go to the store. Great!
The person who helped me was very friendly...my banner turned out great...but communication via WhatsApp would be better, since with email I have to send the document and then call them, transfer the money and then call them again, everything has to be done by phone. They definitely need to make their online process more efficient. In person, I had to wait about 30 minutes because there was only one person working, which I think is too long. Anyway, they have several areas for improvement!
