Ann was responsive and quick to arrange a free consultation and on-site quotation. Kevin was friendly and provided transparent pricing during the free consultation. He even gave me different options for where to mesh my windows according to my needs. Selim and Yong were very friendly and efficient in installing the mesh. They took their time to explain to me how it works. I’m very happy that the lead time for this was just a week (from consultation to actual installation). I got the pet-safe mesh and hope it will be effective for keeping my fur baby safe.
I engaged them after alot of comparison online and was even contemplating to buy those china ones on Shopee (which I used for my previous house)... am glad I didn't as their service and the quality of the products were top notch. Selim was the installer for us and he was really nice, friendly professionals and managed to do everything quick and nice. And when we were installing, we realised this house that we just bought, as Selim was removing the old net, they had been using Magic seal previously as well. So I guess they have been here long enough. And knowing that the net is from US while the magnet and locks are from NZ, it just us abit more assurance than those I bought from Taobao previously. Overall great experience!

I had a great experience with Magic Seal SVC, especially Mr. Salim. He was responsive, professional, and efficient throughout the process. He replaced a damaged mesh and also serviced all the window meshes in my entire home. The workmanship is solid and the mesh quality is very good. Overall, a reliable service provider with fast response time. Highly recommended!
Selim helped us to install the mesh and he did a very good job. The installation went smoothly and he also helped to cover up the service yard floor and taught me how to remove the mesh properly for cleaning. Also had a good experience with Kevin from the sales team who provided very accurate onsite measurements as well which made the installation go smoothly
