magik42 took control of our Magento website from another agency, to what we all thought would be an easy process and simply get it over the line. However, after they did their assessment it we discovered there was much more work which needed to be done in order to make the site live. magik42 quickly worked out a plan and assigned us with our own developer (not account manager), who has been with us every step of the way. Within 3 months the site went from rough to great to live. All issues post going live have also been rectified. The use of a easy to use job board, we can set tasks and see what the progress is.
