Excellent Mercado Libre package delivery agency. It's a great drop-off and pick-up point, the service is fast and very organized. Here you can pick up orders, make returns, and send Mercado Libre packages. The staff is very friendly and the service is very quick.

My experience as a Mercado Libre agent is that the woman is rude, slow-witted, and lacks judgment. It's a shame they claim to be a service agency and yet get upset when asked for help. Terrible. It's good you have a camera, but it's a shame you can't read. At no point are they being blamed for the mistake. Read carefully. I'm complaining about the service. Your comment only confirms that you share the same opinion as the employee, which explains the awful service.

The woman is incredibly rude and despotic. We politely asked for her assistance with returning a Mercado Libre package, and she refused and responded mockingly. If you have the chance to go to that business, don't. I don't know why they allow themselves to be used as a "Mercado Libre agency" when they leave so much to be desired. The woman has absolutely no customer service skills. I understand, however, there's a difference between "guidelines" and the way your employee handles customer service. It leaves much to be desired, and there's no excuse for the mocking way she spoke to us, much less her lack of professionalism in serving and supporting people. Regards
