I ordered it soil with the seeds. Paid almost $ 700. They have to do the job twice because ✅ in first time they didn’t have enough soil. I told the workers when they finished, but they didn’t pass the message to office. That’s mean I have to call them and inform there is not enough soil in my yard and spreading the soil little here, and little there to my surprise is not ACCEPTABLE. Should be the thin layer of the soil with seeds on entire property. They were working only with two wheels barrel and shovels. They don’t have a spreader for the soil to evenly spread or roller to smooth it down. For the return, I have to wait six days. In the meantime the grass was growing high. They came and kind of finished with the job yesterday.

We’ve worked with MAD for about six months now and it’s been great! They did a full review of what we wanted and keep us updated with everything they are doing for our business. We’ve seen a huge increase in interactions on our social media and it’s always a fun time. Look forward to continuing our relationship!
