I’ve honestly loved working with Mabo across both BHS and Litecraft — they’ve been such a strong extension of our team. Charlotte who works on our Meta ads has been incredible. She’s really strong creatively but also backs it up with performance, which is exactly what we need. We often have very tight turnarounds with sale campaigns and she always manages to get everything up and running in time. She is also great at optimising budgets even if given a smaller budget and continues to improve YOY performance for us. She is super friendly and approachable during calls and in emails and is always easy to contact no matter if something needs a minor tweak or if something is incredibly urgent. Megan, who runs our PPC, has been amazing. She’s super on it, really easy to work with, and completely gets what we’re trying to do as a business. She is extremely knowledgeable about PPC and I have never met someone who can so effortlessly go into so much detail and explain things so well and so clearly. She has so many ideas for campaign optimisation and on many occasion has thought of solutions and new ways around natural performance dips before we even realised they would be a problem. Between them both, they’ve made a really big impact across BHS and Litecraft. They’re reliable, proactive, and genuinely care about doing a good job — which honestly makes such a difference when you’re juggling everything else in-house. We've been working with Mabo for around 6 months now, and the experience has been seamless. Having used previous agencies before with high up front costs, we were able to actually bring Mabo online to run both of our paid social media ads and our paid google ads at a lower cost than our previous supplier. This lower up front cost means we can allocate more budget to ad-spend and see a great return. Katherine looks after our Google PPC and she's been fantastic, this was a brand new ad account with no traction at all and we seen results within our first billing cycle which is great. A few configurations had to be set up on our side, but Katherine was able to verify everything was correct from her end with no issues. Charlotte looks after our paid social media and she's been great to work with and very professional. We started off on Mabo's "meta lite" service and seen a great return within our first billing cycle... 5 months in, we have switched to the fully managed social media service to target different demographics and run ecommerce campaigns combined with local brand awareness campaigns. Despite increasing budget, we are still seeing returns of between 650% and 950% ROAS which is fantastic. From a Marketing Manager's point of view, I would 100% recommend Mabo, it's great to be able to have an affordable agency, which offers good value and requires very little of our time as a company, yet they are delivering great results.
