If you are looking for a house and are considering buying from this real estate agent, please proceed without paying a deposit. Their Istanbul branch takes your deposit from another branch, and if you back out, regardless of your reasons, they keep the money. They kept over 100,000 TL within a week. They never let you speak with the property owner, and on top of that, they threaten you, saying they want five times the amount and sending messages to leave you alone. They might even give you a lot of false and misleading explanations after reading this review. If you have any sense, think about it for a few days before paying your deposit. Not everyone is after honest money.
