Big problem on parking in the future because of the small subdivision roads. vacant lot at the boundary had been used as beggar area, rooster breeding for cock fighting, neighbours burn trash and dried or fresh leaves. no maintenance housekeeping to trim the wild grass and once every 15 days pickup of residential garbage. rated ok because it is cheap
