Had our first Aircon Servicing after a year of neglect. Was really good to have Mr Li Guan’s expertise to do 3 chemical wash and 1 general cleaning. He was patient, very thorough and took time to explain and shared pictures of what he’d done. It was most reassuring as I was at work. He also showed us images of other areas which we were unaware of and recommended to do a compressor wash. Very pleased to have found Luce and signed up a yearly maintenance contract with them.

Engaged Luce for aircon gas top up for the first time. Excellent service by technician Li Guan! He was punctual, neat, honest and professional. He calmly examined the issues I was having with my aircon and gave great advice on how to maintain it. There was no hard-sell on extra services and he even gave cost-saving tips. I highly recommend his services!

For simple cleaning services, they’re okay—but for anything beyond that, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. First incident: I purchased a package of 4 sessions. By the 4th cleaning, they insisted I had already used all sessions when I hadn’t. It took them 2 weeks to realise their mistake and confirm I still had one session left. Second incident: An appointment was automatically rescheduled without any notification to me. Third incident: I booked someone to inspect an aircon leakage, but they sent a servicing technician instead—he wasn’t equipped to properly diagnose the issue. Fourth incident: When the technician finally came, I had already shared photos of the leakage with both customer service and the technician. However, the issue was only partially fixed until I pointed it out again on-site. Fifth incident: It has been 2 days since the specialist came to fix the leaking and left a huge hole in my ceiling, still no word from the team to return and close it up. I’m still currently trying to follow up with them on this, extremely frustrating experience. Overall, the experience was quite frustrating. It doesn’t seem like they have their own in-house team and operate more like an aggregator. I’d recommend going with a more reliable and specialised aircon service provider instead

Had a great experience with the aircon technician who came to my home. He was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. He did a thorough job servicing the units, and I could immediately feel the difference — cooling is much better now. He also checked for potential issues and gave honest advice without any pressure. Really appreciate the attention to detail and friendly attitude. Highly recommended if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy aircon service!
