I had the intention to leave a review after booking my 1st aircon servicing appointment with this company as the service standard of the staff was outstanding and friendly however I forgotten to do so. After a year or so, I re-engaged with their services again and was surprised that they still retained my records as a repeated customer and what amazed me the most, that the service standard from the technician that attended to me was the same as my 1st service appointment, friendly, courteous and he also took the time to explain to me in details what went wrong with my aircon and what was needed to service/repair it to its normal state. Therefore, I recommend those consumers who needs their servicing done for their aircon, try engaging them and you will be impressed as I will definitely them again in future.
I like the professionalism and friendliness the service technician exhibited. He worked hard and were very polite & patient explaining to me and answered any questions that I asked. I know what to expect & he did a wonderful job and I appreciate the good work done!
