I usually don’t do this as I’m usually a person to just move on but I think it’s worth noting to maybe save someone else experiencing the same when starting a new business.. My experience with KYLE at Loveridge Digital was extremely disappointing. Throughout the entire process, I felt a lack of care and attention toward my business, and even toward the quality of his own work. Simple issues—like spelling mistakes on the main page of my business website, which also displayed his company name—were refused to be corrected unless I paid additional fees. I also purchased photography through Loveridge Digital, and the photos were delivered completely unedited. When I contacted him to request the edits that should have been included, I was told I would have to pay extra. I was even informed that further email responses would be charged at $120, which was the same amount quoted just to fix the spelling errors he made. The website he built for me also appeared rushed and relied heavily on generic, default content. After ending the service and creating my own site from scratch—despite having no previous web-design experience—I was able to put together something far better in under 30 minutes. That really highlighted the lack of value I received. Even after I stopped using his services and moved my website elsewhere, I was still charged a monthly fee for hosting a website I no longer had with him. Overall, my experience felt frustrating, expensive, and unprofessional. I would encourage anyone considering his services to read their contract very carefully and be cautious about unexpected fees for fixing issues that should have been handled correctly the first time.
