I needed to get my jacket delivered back to me in Singapore after accidentally leaving it in my hotel room in Okinawa. It was super easy to communicate with this company on arranging for the pick up and delivery of the jacket. My items were received in good condition and it was nicely packed in plastic as well. I appreciate their service and highly recommend if you happen to leave something behind while traveling in Japan!

I had an overall great experience using Lost Item Delivery. All instructions were received via email and were easy to understand and follow. Once I completed each step, LID was prompt in responding with the next step. My package was received ahead of the time I was expecting it and was in great shape.
