Instead, we received an outdated website that did not meet modern standards, experienced ongoing communication issues, and struggled to get timely responses to calls and messages. More importantly, critical items such as website integrations, email functionality, and lead handling were not properly implemented, which negatively impacted our ability to serve customers and generate business.
