We have been collaborating for six months on the resumption of a complex project that had been stalled for several months. Lonestone conducted a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the context to identify the reasons for the project's failure and offered quick wins to restore the teams' confidence in the project. They also provided support to fundamentally rethink its relevance and open up new perspectives for the future. A very problematic experience for the development of our mobile application. We entrusted Lonestone with the creation of our app, using mockups provided by their designer. In the end, the mockups weren't followed, the user interface was clunky, and numerous revisions were required. As a result, the initial budget nearly doubled. Beyond the graphic design, the application had performance issues that Lonestone acknowledged but never managed to resolve. We had to hire an external developer to fix their code. This developer identified several critical errors and security vulnerabilities. Lonestone belatedly implemented some fixes while refusing to take full responsibility. We were also surprised by the unprofessional attitude of management during our interactions. In short, we wasted time and money by entrusting our project to Lonestone, and this collaboration could have jeopardized our project. Note: after this notice was published, a member of management sent me an intimidating message.
