We contacted this company for a last-minute merch order after our conference shipment was held up at customs. We dealt with Sara, who was incredible! She helped us to choose and order merch, was available constantly to answer our queries and provide support. The team produced a huge order in just over 48 hours and truly saved the day. The quality of the items (from hats to water bottles, chargers, notebooks and more, all personalised) exceeded our expectations, and the price was extremely reasonable. Huge thanks to Sara and the team. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The masks are of good quality and I can't commend their customer service enough. We had a problem with the delivery which was actually our fault but they still went out of their way to sort it out. Would definitely recommend.

One star because I can't give it less. I would only recommend this company to someone who wants to waste time, money, and energy. My relationship with them started with a small order: a single t-shirt, which took almost a month to arrive. I didn't think much of it because it was summer and I assumed it was just a seasonal issue. The real problem came later. I tried to place a larger order (around 13 t-shirts). That order never arrived. For almost two months, I constantly inquired about the order status, without receiving any proactive information whatsoever. Always the same vague answer: that it was out of stock. They never proactively notified me, never gave clear deadlines, and never took responsibility. Faced with this situation, I was forced to find another supplier and request a refund. The refund was requested in September. To this day, it still hasn't been processed. Since December, I've been calling every week to inquire about it. Always the same response: "We'll talk to administration." Nothing ever gets done. The conclusion is clear: • Complete lack of professionalism • Zero production and inventory control • Nonexistent communication • Failure to meet deadlines • Failure to process refunds A business cannot operate like this. I understand that there are problems, but failing to inform, failing to deliver, and refusing refunds is unacceptable. If you need a reliable, punctual, and professional supplier, my recommendation is that you look elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Right now I have a €20 t-shirt that's only good for rags, two patches I'm not going to use that are in the trash, and the €26 I paid to Crealo.es. They were supposed to be high-quality patches with a good finish, but I received three ugly, plasticky things with my company logo. Like an idiot, I put one of them on a t-shirt, hoping the result would surprise me. But no, the result is an ugly, poorly finished patch with printing errors. Don't do what I did, don't buy anything from here.
