I was looking for a printing company to print business cards when I found this team. At first I tried photocopying salons, but they wouldn't promise that the image would look like the digital file (the colors wouldn't be accurate). Then I found this team. I called them on the phone and they told me to fill out a quote request form on their website. After I did, they responded within half an hour. They described in detail how to prepare the graphics for printing and even drew my attention to when a text was too close to the edge of the page. Finally, about two hours after my phone call, we finalized the order. All this was on Friday morning. The following Tuesday morning, I received an email saying that they were ready for me to go pick it up. What really surprised me was that the card actually turned out to be exactly as I had designed it. The colors or exposure weren't off. Regarding the price, I ordered a small quantity (about 50 pcs), but they didn't charge more than the photocopying salons. The only negative thing I can say is that their website is a bit confusing and old-fashioned. It was really hard for me to find the request for a quote menu item (I could only access it on the main page in the header under their various services), but once I did, everything went smoothly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them. They responded quickly, I spoke to knowledgeable and helpful employees, and they did a perfect job. Their website isn't the most transparent, but all the important information is there.
